Choosing your Marriage Celebrant is a big decision. That’s why I have outlined why I may be your best choice…
Reason 1
Great value! Couples are stunned when they realise how many hours it takes to create a wedding ceremony.
From the first meeting until the big day, it takes around 20 hours! There is more involved than the initial meeting and officiating on the wedding day.
At the first meeting we start by hearing all about your love story and getting to know each other and run through how you envision your big day.
If we click and you like my approach, you can then sign up and we run through all the paperwork to get your marriage journey started.
We then talk about what you like and don’t like based on your experiences from other weddings you have been to. This gives me an insight into “who you are” as a couple and what you expect from me.
Once the legal paperwork is out of the way the fun stuff begins…. designing your special day.
Reason 2
I will give you some “homework” with a series of easy questions about how you interact as a couple. For example, what makes you laugh, your likes and dislikes about each other, how did you meet, any funny stories you are happy for me to tell, etc.
My questions are fun, thought-provoking, and a great way to spend 30 minutes together. This “homework” helps me get to know you and gives me loads of material to create your Love Story.
I love sitting down at my computer with ideas swirling away and designing a ceremony that nails your personality, relationship and how you connect with your guests. Unusual ritual requests inspire me, and I am always excited to include this in your story.
Reason 3
This one is a doozy….. you want your ceremony to be perfect, yes? That can only happen with a lot of hard work, having a rehearsal and making sure I know what you want.
The result will be a ceremony that flows beautifully and a fantastic segue to having fun at your reception. The key is me doing all the hard work behind the scenes and making it easy for you.
